its.. its... AWESOME O_O
i like the background, cuz its so simple, and yet have some very neet feauteres..
the girl is REALLY well drawn, maybe a bit kinda sexy, which is good.. her face is really cute, hair awesome, nice color btw. i REALLY like her belt.. i dont see a reason for those "seler" to be there, but they make it even cooler XD
all in all, the colors goes together really good, although maybe you should have choose another color than just white to be on the back besides the green thingy
the seler (suspenders :3) is just typical me =u=;; .. dunno XD
and the reason why i didn't colour the white behind the green, is because the markers i use runs out pretty fast >__<;;

well, had to try it.. i think its better to give a longer comment, than just "cute" or "nice" or something like that, so that you may learn something from every comment instead of those small ones.. but again, nice pic
and yeah, i have meet the ambassador, a couple of times.. it was also him that gave the trophy to me and allan in j-popcon 2006
